Find out what farm to table really means with a 6 course fine dining experience for you and 5 of your friends in your own home.  Matthew Abarbanel, one of the chefs from our “Two Nights One Community” event, will prepare a 6 course tasting menu complete with wine pairings that showcase the bay area.

FW 9: Barrel of Wine
Yes, that’s right. Make a barrel of wine! One barrel of wine is equal to 240 bottles of wine. You could use it at a party, or your child’s bar/bat mitzvah. You’ll go to the Sonoma home of Mark and Jacqueline Sutter in October 2010 and participate in the process of making your own barrel of wine and designing your own label, followed by dinner with the Sutters. They’ll store your wine for you while it ages for one year, and when it is ready in 2011, it’s yours!
