Ruth Gorrin

Ruth Gorrin came to Tehiyah in 1983 with a degree in psychology. She worked in pre-schools and summer programs with disabled children and with severely emotionally disturbed children before coming to Tehiyah. Ruth has changed the way that her students look at themselves and the world around them with her disability unit. “We are all alike; we are all different” is one of her teaching credos. And: “It is OK to make misteaks mistakes.”
